3 days and 7 eruptions later, Mt Redoubt has already been downgraded to ORANGE. Boring! By God's grace though, the wind completely kept the ash away-yay! - no visual STILL on anything to do with the volcano. Cloudy for all 3 days and now it's snowing....... Can't catch a photog break.
Of Course it blew at like 11 pm so I can't see it or photograph it. I have a great view from my front door and it's wasted:(
This is my first volcanic eruption at close quarters (60miles apprx). I'll keep you posted of any major developments.
Mt Redoubt had recently been downgraded to code Yellow. Then today starts showing off heavy steam and a little ash. I'm really not happy about this now. With Jerry due back in 2 days, if she blows between now and Tuesday, all flights will be grounded. Nothing taking off and nothing allowed to land. Please pray she holds off for a bit longer.
Molly and Louie are " cousins". Louie is Rebecca's mutt from a previous relationship. Watch them play fight!
Keenan played a role in his school's play production of Alaska history. He did a great job!

Mom, Wendy Rebecca and I and Kindra and Rose (from Moose Pass) enjoyed good friends, great fellowship and lots of laughs, at Solid Rock.
We were blessed by a DVD series by Beth Moore. She is an awesome speaker, really gets to the heart of things and is truly passionate for the Lord. If you ever have opportunity to hear her- definately do it.

I am attempting to start a little in-home enterprise. I have been mulling for about a year now, doing a bookkeeping business for local small business owners. Alot of theses businesses are seasonal, and any freetime they have, they spend doing their invoicing, payables, receivables and payroll. Then they have no time to enjoy the fruits of their labors, and the short summer season gets away. I want to help them alleviate some of their workload. So hopefully this will take off with little to no advertising needed.
I have come up with a few names for this venture, complete with a poll on the side to vote.
Also welcome will be your ideas and suggestions. Please leave them in the comment section and I'll add them to a new poll against the winner of the existing poll.

This is the Milligans new "puppy" Sophie.
She is only 2 1/2 months old. Anyone who knows Mark, knows he is not a small of stature man.This puppy is not going to be able to be picked up for too much longer. Sophie is their livestock guardian dog. Her mother was a Great Pyrenees and her father is a Saint Bernard, making Sophie a "Great Bernard". She is really big and very beautiful.
